Odd-Even vehicle system will be applicable in Delhi for one-week from November 13 to November 20. The decision was taken during a high-level emergency meeting convened by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday over deteriorating air quality in the national capital and its adjoining areas, which is being attributed to stubble burning in neighbouring states as well as firecrackers. The minister said, considering that the pollution is likely to go up post-Diwali, the Delhi government has taken the decision to impose the odd-even rule for cars. “In view of air pollution, the Odd-Even vehicle system will be applicable for one week from 13th to 20th November,” said Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai.
